Our activities, related to shipping, are mainly concentrated in West Africa. In this sense, representing many African Loaders’ Councils is a highly relevant added value.
Where we are
Genoa, as it is close to major industrial production centers in northern Italy and central Europe, is at a strategic level an optimal base for operating in this sector.
Genoa is one of the most important ports in Italy and Southern Europe, thanks to its 29 terminals it allows the handling of all types of goods.
Outside Genoa, we have an extensive agency network that allows us to operate globally.
Our History
Frabemar™ was founded in 1995 by Mr. Franco Bernardini.
Initially Frabemar™ operated as the shipping agency of several African shipowners, and then over the years developed several closely related departments, such as the Shipping Department, the Trading Department, the Technology Department, and the representation of several African Cargo Councils.
With his 40 years of experience in shipping and especially in Africa, Mr. Bernardini “s input has been instrumental in giving momentum and development to Frabemar™” s activities.
